Refund policy

Return Period:

You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.

Please note that all sales of sale items or items bought on a deal (this includes our 2 for 1 offer) are not eligible for return. 

How to Initiate a Return:

Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return authorisation if your item is eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. MEH.EYEWEAR is not liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the money back into your account. We process all returns within 10 days. Please note bank processing times can take up to 5-10 working days.
